AMY MATTILA - Amy has been offering bodywork based on truth and breath for over 10 years. In her holistic practice she integrates several modalities to offer an truly individualized experience for every person. Her main goal is to listen to the body's innate wisdom while focusing on restoration of balance to the whole body (mind-body-spirit). She has trained in Minnesota, San Francisco, and Canada. Amy is listed with ABMP Association. Amy's other passions include Acting, Yoga, Spirituality, laughing and snuggling with Mia (her Italian Greyhound). | BRANDI LAWLER-HEGEL - Brandi has been practicing bodywork for 15 years. She has studied many forms and blended it into a unique intuitive style using deep tissue, neuromuscular, cupping, guasha, Raindrop therapy and the use of detoxifying, relaxing, and immune stimulating essential oils. She is currently working on a degree in holistic nutrition. Brandi's other passions include Asian ink painting, traveling, her Weimaraner Luna and husband Grady. AMY WORTMAN - Amy offers individual and small group classes for those working with scoliosis and other back problems. She has trained with Elise Miller the creator of Yoga for Scoliosis, as well as other theories of movement. She combines these theraputic techniques to bring troubled backs relief and balance. Amy has found these methods extremely helpful throughout her own life with scoliosis. She seeks to share these methods with others who face similar challenges in choosing treatment for scoliosis.
